Allo paratha in winter

This is a very easy recipe...

Boil the potatoes at least a 2 hours before you plan to make the paratha mash thenm in a large bowl and cover in firdge then Take them out from the fridge and add chopped onions and coriander leaves some salt and garam masala powder.

Step 2:

Make  balls of the dough and make them into to 5 inch circles and  Now roll them into round paratha and fill the mash in them now put the other partha on it and press lightly.
Step 3:

Preheat the iron tawa and put the parathas on it and cook them on both sides with a spoonful of ghee.
