Basmati Rice and Turkey Stuffed Peppers

 These are perfect for a weeknight  meal with the family and friends, this recipe is totally worth it.



Step 1:
put some water and brown rice in a boil and Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover and simmer until rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed for about 50 to 55 minutes.

Step 2:
Preheat the oven to 390 degree F.

Step 3:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and Add onion some garlic and parsley and cook it  for 2 minutes then Add some ground turkey some salt and garlic powerand then Cook it and stir using a wooden spoon until meat is no longer pink and slightly browned for about 8 minutes then Add some tomato sauce and 1.5 cups of chicken broth and Simmer over low heat for 8 minutes then Add cooked rice and stir stuffing well.

Step 4:
Fill each bell pepper half with stuffing and arrange it in a baking dish and Cover each pepper with a handful of cheese and then Pour the remaining chicken broth into the bottom of the baking dish and cover it tightly with aluminum foil.

Step 5:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes straight and then Remove the foil and bake until cheese is browned for about 7 to 6 minutes moreand then Serve right away.
